Impact is the original North Star AO that planted F3 in the Grass Valley area. The football stadium and track at this location provides some nice running mixed in with the beatdown. This AO also has pull up bars and many stairs to climb.
Meet at Seven Hills Middle School. The Diggins targets stretching, mobility, light cardio, and light core sessions; while avoiding weights, running, and impact exercises.
Meet at Lyman Gilmore Middle School. There are multiple trails and fields at this AO. Park on Gilmore Way off Rough n Ready Highway. Coffeeteria regularly meets at Daily Donuts.
